Sarah Grace

Sarah Grace Faircloth arrived at 1:31 pm this afternoon. She weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. We think she looks just like Adam. Let's just hope she doesn't have Adam's hair!

Getting Ready for Sarah's Big Arrival

Here is a last glimpse of Sarah before her big arrival. I had an ultrasound a week ago. The technician said that she weighs 7 lbs., 2 oz. I am being induced in the morning at around 7:15. If all goes well, we will have a little Sarah by supper time!
She was sleeping with her arm in front of her face. We think she looks a little like Adam. She has his nose.

Here is Sarah's room.

Church Camping Trip

Kevin and Jackson went camping this weekend at the Kerr Lake Campground with several famlies from our church. The campground had an end of the season fall festival yesterday. Jackson went down the inflatable slide, jumped in a bounce house, and hit the pinatas.

Jackson's Soccer Game

Jackson had a soccer game last Saturday. We finally remembered to take the camera.

Labor Day Weekend at the Lake

We all met at the lake for Labor Day weekend. Thanks for the pictures Emily and Joe.

It was quite a competitive weekend. We played all kinds of games- real ones and on the Wii. Here the boys are "playing" Boggle.

Adam jumps in Granddad's lap at a chance to drive the boat.

We are all on the neighbor's floating dock watching the boys jump in over and over and over again...
It was a challenge to stay standing when those boats went by.

Our family portrait. There sure are a lot of us!

Kevin's and Philip's Birthdays

We went to the lake over Labor Day Weekend. Everyone was there, so we celebrated Kevin's and Philip's birthdays.

Kevin got lots of help opening his present.

We all pitched in and got him an iPod Touch. I'm not sure who was more excited- Kevin, Jackson, or Adam.

Baby Shower

Carol Chapman, mom's very good friend, and my aunt Jamie gave me a shower this past Saturday. We all dressed in our fanciest tea party attire, including hats, and enjoyed some fun times together.

The hostesses and me. Thank you for making this shower so special!

The delicious spread with different flavored teas to choose from- Perfect for celebrating a little girl's arrival.

Every little girl needs a baby doll. Of course, Adam and Jackson thought it was for them. Jackson got excited because she came with extra clothes.

Natalie, Mom, Rebekah, and Carol sporting their tea party hats.

It's going to be so much fun dressing Sarah up in all her precious clothes.
